Payment Terms, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Online Registration and Payment Terms

The registration is done by filling in the Electronic Registration Form. Participation is confirmed only upon paying the registration fee and when the
relevant proof of payment has been received by the Treasury of the Annual Meeting 2025. Immediately after submitting the online registration, you will
receive an automated e-mail message confirming acceptance of your registration.

The total of your fees will be charged by ICD District Austria upon receipt of the registration form.

All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€). Payment in any other currency will not be accepted.

Payment of Fees 

Registration fees must to be paid via Bank Transfer (IBAN): Bank charges must be paid by the participants in addition to the registration fees. Please make sure to indicate full participant name/s and affiliation/s.

The registration fees include 10% of Austrian VAT.

Miscellaneous 

Should a delegate not attend the congress, for whatever reason, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made.

Cancellation Policy for Participation Fee &  booked Hotel Reservations/Costs !

In case of cancellation, payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

Payments will be refunded if written notification reaches the convention secretariat by email office@icd2025.com before the following dates:

• Cancellations received until and including 28 February 2025 – full refund.
• Cancellations received between 01 March and 31 March 2025 – 50% will be refunded.
• Cancellations received between 01 April and 30 April 2025 – 25% will be refunded.
• After April 30, 2025 – no refund will be possible.
• Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, handling fee (80 EUR) will not be refunded.
• All cancellations must be electronically mailed to the congress event organizer.
